My fascination with the human form led me to be a very active, observant, inquirer about being human, and I continually learn to love all it is! I have studied thought, form, emotion, and how we express all of these elements throughout our lifetime. Experience and Distinctions

I wrote my thesis on how yoga may help improve depression and anxiety, and participated in a research project with the International Academy of Consciousness on personal energy work and how it improves feelings of depression, anxiety, and stress.

I have several years training in manipulating energy in order to formulate new ways of thinking directly related to the impact verbal, physical, and self abuse has on a person’s whole body system including mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.
