If I Had But One Year to Live
Are you ready to stop pretending you will live forever and to start living the life you want right now?
What would you do if you had but one year to live? How would you "spend your time?" In what ways would that change how you actually live your life now?
Pretending that we will live forever, we postpone living. By acknowledging our mortality, we create the possibility of being fully alive while we still inhabit our bodies. Through experiential exercises and group discussion, we will face our mortality to explore what is the life we really want to live.

Dear Participant,
Welcome to the “If I Had But One Year to Live” workshop! This 2½ -hour event will help you end your denial of
death, and provide you with the basis for allowing priorities in your life to reveal themselves.
For the workshop, you will need a headset/earbuds, pen and paper for journaling, and a box of Kleenex! In-
person participants bring own laptops, iphones, etc AND earbuds. I have a splitter if couples only bring one laptop and
two earbuds.
Please call in by 9:20 a.m. eastern time, so we can start on time. The call will begin with a silent meditation as
all callers gather on the line, and we will start PROMPTLY at 9:30.
If you have any technical/procedural questions, please email Bruna at [email protected], so
she can send the question and response on to others, if it seems like it's a question that may be shared by many. Questions about the workshop may be emailed to me at [email protected].
I'm looking forward to having this opportunity to be with you in this wonderful way.
Blessings and Love,
Dale
