Welcome to: A Magical Journey with Kristen Rzasa: Design Your Life Around Core Values. This experience is inspired by Chapter 3, The Power of Values: Creating an Authentic Life You Truly Love, in The Wellness Universe Guide to Complete Self-Care, 25 Tools for Life book.
I shared my story about the year my relationship and career disintegrated while the world witnessed two majestic towers crumble, and how I moved forward. Following my story, I provided a self-care tool—my personal practice—to help you live your best life experience. This tool supports your intentionality about the daily choices you make, how you make decisions, and the way you spend your time.

Define and Personalize: Learn how to give each value a unique and personal meaning. By clearly defining each value, you build a stronger connection to it, making it easier to live by and prioritize when making daily choices.
Prioritize with Purpose: Recognize that while all values may be important, some hold more weight in guiding your life. Prioritizing these values helps you focus on what will bring you the most fulfillment, creating a hierarchy that aligns with your goals.
Integrate Values into Your Schedule: Build practical ways to incorporate your top values into your daily routine. By embedding values into your schedule, you’ll create a lifestyle that naturally aligns with your principles and supports your well-being.
Practice and Reflect: Living by your values is a continuous journey. The tool encourages regular reflection and adjustment, helping you stay true to your values even as life evolves and empowering you to create a life that genuinely reflects who you are.
