The Core Breath Meditation is one of the primary practices of the Realization Process founded by Judith Blackstone. The Realization Process is a direct path to embodied, non-dual awakening. This type of awakening enables us to both experience ourselves as a connected, unified space (Fundamental Consciousness) and at the same time experience a deep sense of our own individuality. It brings a refinement and depth to our experience of being human and enhances the mind, body, and spirit connection within ourselves, with others, and with our environment. This live class will include: *A short presentation of the practice and tips for the meditation *15-20 minute guided meditation focusing on inhabiting the subtle core of the body *Time for Q&A and sharing experiences By inhabiting the subtle core of the body, it enables us to disentangle from our environment. As we live within the subtle core of the body we have both the deepest contact with ourselves as well as the deepest contact with our environment.
The Attunement to Fundamental Conscious Meditation is one of the primary practices of the Realization Process founded by Judith Blackstone. This live class will include: *A short presentation of the practice and tips for the meditation *25-35 minute guided meditation focusing on inhabiting different parts of the body and attuning to attributes of Self within the body *Time for Q&A and sharing experiences As human beings, it is not uncommon to live outside of our bodies in certain scenarios or just as a daily habit. This style of meditation offers a very palpable sense of shifting that experience to living within the body, creating of sensation of living life instead of just experiencing life. Come tune in and see if you feel the shift!
Join me Sat April 25th from 12-2. We will be using Essential Oils and Mediation to help Balance the energy centers in the body called Chakras. We will explore each Chakra and what essential oil that helps to keep us balanced. Then I will lead you through a guided mediation. The workshop by itself is $15 and the workshop with the 7 roller chakra balls will be $45. I will ship the rollers out by April 10, so you receive them on time.
