Breathe, Move & Energize! 6 Classes are included in this series! Recorded LIVE Classes -- practice anywhere anytime! Ready to reduce stress and energize your body? All classes are designed to reduce stress using the breath with dynamic movements and poses to release tension and energize the body. Each class is different but equally energizing. We will begin with a traditional flow such as sun salutations and move into salutation variations and standing flows. Poses will combine strength, flexibility and balance. Classes will also include floor exercises and a final relaxing guided meditation. All levels of experience are welcome.

In this class we will move with our breath to create a moving meditation. The spine is the focus, and we will move the spine in ALL of the directions it is meant to be moved. Modifications will be offered, allowing you to create the class that your body needs today. Each class will offer a warm-up, the ability to generate heat in the body, and will build strength, flexibility, and endurance of both body and mind.

Come join us and learn the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong & Tai Chi! This is a hybrid class that includes learning both Qigong and Tai Chi. Each class includes fundamental Tai Chi & Qigong movements, breath techniques and mild stretches. This class is excellent for anyone looking to obtain optimal health and expanding lung capacity, as well as those recovering from illness, injury or surgery. What is Qigong & Tai Chi? These are ancient Chinese practices that are easy to learn and practice. Some of the benefits include reducing stress and anxiety, boosting the immune system, decreasing pain and lowering blood pressure. The practice involves slow movements with long, slow breaths. The breath techniques help to improve lung capacity over time and can reverse respiratory concerns.
