Power Yoga is a vinyasa (flow) class that links breath to postures and dynamic muscle-focused movements. Donations gratefully collected on behalf of Girls on the Run to support the Atlanta and Chicago councils, specifically. Girls on the Run is a life-changing program for 8- to 13-year-old girls that promotes girl empowerment by teaching life skills through lessons and running. It reaches girls at a critical stage, strengthening their confidence at a time when society begins to tell them they can’t. Underscoring the important connection between physical and emotional health, the program addresses the whole girl when she needs it the most. Over the next 4 months, you have the opportunity to experience an energy hygiene class series that will guide you through how to cleanse and magnify your energy through the use of different elements. This will help you clear out what is blocking you and not serving your greatest becoming so that you become even more magnetic to your goals, dreams, and destiny, so that life can happen with more ease and grace. Every month there are two classes, part 1 and part 2, that focus on different aspects of energy hygiene through the use of a different element each month. The second class goes deeper and covers another aspect of the element.
