The Medicine Buddha Mantra is the most powerful mantra for creating healing. You are encouraged to chant along. Using your own voice is a powerful way to stimulate your nervous system into releasing hormones that create relaxation and healing. Why 216 times? The Mala has 108 beads. There are 108 main astral channels from your heart in your energy body to the remainder of your energy body. Chanting a mantra 108 times sends energy into each of these channels. We will be chanting 108 twice. The first round is to release anything that does not serve you. The second round is to receive what will best serve you. Be in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Any interruption in the chanting stops the flow of energy. Use the bathroom before we start and have a glass of water with you. Please share and invite friends.
This 45 minute class will play with bodyweight movements that both strengthen, stabilize, and create mobility throughout the body. You will feel more in touch with your body and how it moves. You will also feel a general overall sense of awareness and strength.
Bring all your money issues and we will work on them together. There is power in a group working together that working on your own just doesn't have.

She is also a Certified Health Minister and a Certified Essential Oil Coach. She has a health ministry called, Create Anewu Health Ministry. She loves ministering to people and her health ministry has opened the door for her to share what the WORD OF GOD has to say, about eating healthy food. Dr. Oden has published over 20 books through Amazon.com and several of them are about health and wellness. Dr. Oden published her first healthy eating cookbook in December 2016.
Jillian is an herbalist, nutritionist, personal trainer and exercise is medicine professional. She received a Master's of Science Degree in Herbal Medicine from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2012. That same year she became a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine as well. Since then, Jillian has been working towards bringing herbs and movement into the lives of those around her. She focuses on incorporating wellness practices into other's lives through her book: A Beginner's Guide to Wellness and personalized consultations. Working with Jillian is always a personal exploration of how your body interacts with the world and how you can make changes to support long term health and wellness in your life.
