Katchie Ananda is an international yoga and dharma teacher who has been teaching as a full-time yoga teacher since 1991. She is certified in Integral, Jivamukti, Anusara, and Ashtanga yoga by Richard Freeman. A committed student of Vipassana Meditation, she has practiced with Jack Kornfield, her Buddhist mentor since 2001 and is authorized to teach by him. The co-founder/director of Yoga Sangha, a beloved yoga center in San Francisco dedicated to yoga and dharma, Katchie offers trainings, retreats and workshops worldwide. She often works with authors and activists and is dedicated to raising awareness about human and animal rights and the environment. Her leadership in yoga prompted Yoga Journal to name her one of five top yoga teachers making change in the world and she volunteered for many years at San Quentin, teaching Yoga and Dharma to long-term inmates. She has brought her humor and stories to conferences, festivals and workshops all over the world and is loved by her students for her authenticity and wisdom. Lisa Ware AKA Aiylah Valkyrie She is an Ordained Minister, published author, life and business coach, Shamanic Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher. She is the Executive Director of Yoga 4 Love Online Training Programs, President of non profit Inner Goddess Retreats, Inc. and Shaman/Priestess at Temple of the Sacred Heart non denominational church. Lisa’s ‘why’ is to empower women to find their passion, platform and potential in the world, so that we may all live a life of health and financial freedom, adventure, joy and magick. Lisa is the Executive Director of Yoga 4 Love Online Training Programs and the President of Inner Goddess Retreats, Inc. 501(c)(3). In 2008 she founded yoga4love.com in honor of her mom’s positive journey through breast cancer and from the inspiration her mom made in the people she touched volunteering with a national non profit. Her mom crossed over in 2008, and since then Lisa’s path has been shown by Source to show up and serve as a space holder and Guide for women to rise up into their best version of themselves. She is a seasoned national yoga conference presenter/lecturer, and has taught over 9.5K hours of yoga. She regularly holds Ceremony, women’s circles and yoga retreats on their sacred land in Texas. Lisa and her Team Y4L hold destination retreats in Colorado and Hawaii. Her higher purpose is working with Ceremony through sacred Plant Medicine and Kambo. Lisa’s ‘why’ is to empower women to find their passion, platform and potential in the world. so that we may all live a life of health and financial freedom, adventure, joy and magick. Lisa is a happy wife married to Richard since 1992, who also teaches yoga. She is a mom of two, her son is an active duty Petty Officer in the US Navy, a submariner, currently on deployment as a Nuclear Engineer Operator. Her daughter, a senior in high school, is a fun-loving horseback rider and vocalist. Her first book, published in 2018 is titled: Yoga 4 Love,Tools for Mind, Body, and Spirit: For a Holistic Lifestyle. Her life’s work is to leave a legacy for her family, to impact the globe with wellness and yoga and bring forth tools to help positively transform and ultimately empower the lives of others, impacting the world through traditional yogic teachings and doing the work of the 21st Century Goddess. Her deepest desire is to help others stay Woke and bring forth their tools to raise the frequency of the planet, our Mother, Gaia.
