Your body is your temple and the home of your soul. Listening to the body is a practice that requires mindfulness and patience. It demands attention to detail, to subtle shifts in sensation. But as you listen more and more, you will learn to trust the body’s wisdom. In this interactive practice/ workshop you will learn: How intuition differs from your imagination How to talk with your organs and decode their signals How to tune in with physical signals from your body How to interpret and trust these signals How to act upon your body’s wisdom
YOU have the power to reprogram unhealthy patterns and heal emotional wounds that lie beneath all pain states! Disease, illness, or symptoms develop when energy is blocked inside the body. Shara Ogin, Clairvoyant and Medical Intuitive will teach you how to unlock the secret messages of your body so you can step into a life that expresses the fullness of who you are! Based upon her Newly Released book, Unlocking the Body's Wisdoms; Accessing Your Healing Powers from Within. 2020 was a year filled with losses and changes - and now we have to pick up the pieces and move forward into 2021. How do we do that? Why is healing from grief so hard? And what are better ways to do it that lead to a calm spirit and a quiet mind? We are taught all the wrong things about grieving and healing - that it is impossible and we should just get over it - that asking for help is weakness - or that life will never be the same and we shouldn't even bother trying. The fears that get in our way stop us because we let them or we don't know a better way - come learn how to be fearless in your healing and how to Weave the Loss into the Landscape of Your Life. You are Never Alone. Follow-up! Please note that there was a slight issue with my presentation, but the teachings are explained and solid and I am quite proud of them. I will teach another updated version of this at a later date. Please let me know if you have any questions. I'll see you again soon.
