In this sweet, relaxing, all-levels Restorative class, we use the Breath (via the Prana Maya Kosha) to recognize, differentiate, and soothe the experiences of the Body (Anna Maya Kosha). After the Body is cared for, we use the Breath to recognize, differentiate, and soothe the experiences of the Mind (Mano Maya Kosha). By creating a smooth and organized experience of the Breath, the Mind, the Body, and Awareness all appear and are experienced differently and thus deep levels of restoration and Meditation occur. Through this practice, we actively experience the scientific system of Samkhya.

2020 was a year filled with losses and changes - and now we have to pick up the pieces and move forward into 2021. How do we do that? Why is healing from grief so hard? We are taught all the wrong things about grieving and healing - that it is impossible and we should just get over it - that asking for help is weakness - or that life will never be the same and we shouldn't even bother trying. The fears that get in our way stop us because we let them or we don't know a better way - come learn how to be fearless in your healing and how to Weave the Loss into the Landscape of Your Life.
