Pelvic Wellness Yoga

Through a tailored routine, we focus on stretching and strengthening the pelvic floor while incorporating breathing exercises to regulate pressure on both the diaphragm and pelvic floor. Suitable for everyone, this practice requires clearance from a doctor to participate during pregnancy or the early postpartum period, prioritizing your well-being and safety.
